The €80 million commitment: agreement, signatures and audio

An agreement stating an effective date of 7 August 2024 provides for €80 million in funding from North Gayrimenkul, naming Mustafa Sarıgül as its representative, to Campinar Consulting. Deadline: 24 December 2025. The text provides for a one-off €8 million penalty plus €800,000 per full month of delay over 12 months if funding is not supplied. We publish the signature page, a €1 million advance note, WhatsApp footage, two audio recordings and a short signing video together. The copy contains a contract-code discrepancy; payment and signature authenticity have not been established by these materials.

Sources and dates

K-012: The main agreement is JVA-NOR/CAM/80M/082024, naming Campinar Consulting GmbH (representative Sinan Campinar) and North Gayrimenkul (representative Mustafa Sarıgül). Its stated effective date is 7 August 2024. The PDF was produced on 21 November 2025; file-production and stated agreement dates are distinct.

The final page’s NOR/BAY reference does not match the main NOR/CAM code. The handwritten €1 million note also uses NOR/BAY and names Bayern Holding 24. We therefore do not present the advance note and audio as proof that the main agreement was implemented or a payment made.

These sources come from the same archive. Dating the audio to August 2024 is based on subject similarity, not confirmed recording dates. Copies, signatures and audio have not undergone independent forensic authentication. This publication makes no legal finding about current enforceability or a debt due. Replies and corrections: [email protected].

€80m · Funding

PDF p.3 / printed p.2: clauses 2.1–2.2 state €80 million and a 24 December 2025 deadline. The IBAN is concealed.

€8m · Penalty Clause

PDF p.4 / printed p.3: failure to provide funding triggers a stated €8 million one-off penalty plus €800,000 per full month of delay over a 12-month period. Net profit shares: Campinar 25%, North 75%. These are the written terms, not a finding that a debt has accrued or been adjudicated.

Signature Page

PDF p.9 / printed p.8 contains two signature images under Campinar Consulting and North Gayrimenkul. Their authenticity and authorship have not been independently verified. Passport and personal contact details are concealed.

Contract Code Difference

PDF p.14 / printed p.13: the header uses NOR/CAM, while the sentence under “NOTARY” uses NOR/BAY. The stamp reads “LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE”; independent notarisation has not been verified. Personal details are concealed.

€1m · Advance Note

Original photograph of a handwritten note proposing a €1 million business advance from North to Bayern Holding 24 GmbH, offset against an initial €40 million payment, or returned within a week if that payment does not arrive by 15 September 2024. No signature is visible. Its NOR/BAY code and Bayern party differ from NOR/CAM and Campinar in the main PDF.

Advance Audio

An 87-second recording discusses treating €1 million as a loan, an invoice or a partnership, and naming Bayern 24 in the paperwork. The recording date, speaker identities and link to the main agreement have not been independently verified. This M4A listening copy comes from the archive player; it is not presented as a forensic original.

Loan Audio

The 76-second recording discusses drafting a request involving energy projects, 90 days, 6% and €1 million. A private phone number at seconds 6–23 is muted; the full duration is preserved. Speakers and date are unverified. The recording does not establish that a bank received the request or granted a loan.

WhatsApp Screen Recording

A 15-second excerpt from the source screen recording shows 26 August 2024 and messages at 09:15 alongside the advance photo. The first six seconds containing private contact information and unrelated background audio are omitted. The saved name “Mustafa Sarıgül” alone does not authenticate the account holder.

Signing Video

The approximately seven-second archive video is reproduced unchanged. Documents are being signed at a table, but their text and date cannot be read. It has not been verified as the signing of the €80 million agreement; it is included as contextual footage.

Agreement · 14 Pages

A 14-page publication copy made from the archive source, retaining the cover and pages numbered 1/13–13/13. Passports, account numbers, private contact details and the document verification link are permanently concealed. The original language is English; this is neither a translation nor independent certification.

A bank referral and two equal shares

“Speak to him using my name.” That is how a message referring someone to a DenizBank manager ends in a WhatsApp chat saved under Mustafa Sarıgül’s name. A page from the Bavarian Capital document provides for equal €12,500 contributions from Campinar Capital GmbH and Ömer Sarıgül. Stated total share capital: €25,000. Additional correspondence dated 22 April–10 May 2024 concerns identity checks and preparations for opening the account and paying in capital.

I spoke to the DenizBank manager this morning. Speak to him using my name.

Reply: “Thank you, chairman.” (Translated from Turkish.)

Sources and dates

The original document screenshot held in the archive; it is not the complete document or a signed copy.

K-002: The message’s own date heading is not visible. A 26 January 2024 heading is partly visible below it; this does not establish the date of the message above. The archive classifies the record under January 2024. The contact saved as Mustafa Sarıgül does not by itself establish the WhatsApp account holder’s identity. Identity and private contact details are concealed in the publication image; the message and reply are preserved.

K-007: The image, classified in the archive under 8 April 2024, does not include the document’s date or signature pages. The stated contributions do not confirm company registration or payment of capital. The images have not undergone independent forensic authentication.

K-008: The five-page publication PDF compiles original WhatsApp and email screenshots with personal details concealed; it is not an original email file or a complete chat transcript. The correspondence of 22 April–10 May 2024 concerns identity checks and preparations for opening an account and paying in capital; it does not confirm that the account was opened, a loan approved or capital paid. The €1 million request under “Lulu” on pages 3 and 4 appears under a separate heading in the same email, distinct from Bavarian Capital’s account-opening process and is not evidence of a loan granted to that company.

MS Audio Recording

MS is the archive’s short label; the speaker’s identity has not been verified.

Undated archive recording · 16 seconds. The speaker’s identity and the bank being discussed have not been verified.

It has not been established that this recording belongs to the DenizBank referral above or to Bavarian Capital’s account-opening process. Bank Correspondence · 1

The messages discuss video identification for a company account. The contact is saved as Ömer Sarıgül; the saved name alone does not establish identity. Personal details are concealed.
